There are four signs of post-traumatic stress disorder PTSD:
Out of nowhere, you start having flashbacks of what happened to you. You start becoming hypervigilant, and hyperarousal when in public. Negative thoughts and moods dominate your day and Avoidance of reminders. PTSD requires therapy as it is difficult to overcome it on your own since you are most likely avoiding any similar situation that would train your mind that a different outcome may happen, a feedback loop is missing to aid recovery, talk to a therapist to help you
