Change

Life circumstances and situations change from time to time. we sometimes panic or freeze in response but that doesn’t help with the transition, talk therapy helps to create a mental and emotional plan to overcome the stuck points or being hooked.

According to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, having psychological flexibility which is the ability to act mindfully guided by our values, we develop a deep sense of meaning and purpose. we experience a sense of vitality, even if we are mourning or in pain, or even on our deathbed.
